Picassoman a.k.a bayaka

bayakaとして、国内メジャーアーテイストはもとより海外アーティストのremixも数多くこなし、 2003年年末の丸井のクリスマスCMと店内用音楽を新日本フィルハーモニーの総勢３６人による楽曲製作を担当。 自身のOdeプロダクションからは才能を持った音楽クリエーター、アートクリエーターを紹介して行く。 今後の展開が目がはなせないアーテイスト集団である。

bayakaはDJ MitsuruとTeruoが95年 東京のクラブ「yellow」で出会ったことから始った
97年sunset/freedom，(FlowerRecords)で各国クラブシーンから注目され NY Loft　(TheMusicイン DefenderMusic:UKでのライセンス と高い評価を受けるその後も次々と12inchをリリース Lustrum Ubiquility等様々なコンピ盤にも楽曲提供を行う

01年にはハイチからJephteGuillaume西アフリカ Nyama KanteチリReinald Pineda等 多国籍なアーティストが参加1stアルバム「Illadiation」(FlowerRecords)をリリース 西アフリカ ブラジル ECMまでが配置された独自のサウンドはその年のベストアルバムと推す人も少なくない。

02年にはFileRecordsからのアルバム「InnerFilm」では 前作の延長上にありながらも より豊かな音楽表現を追求した 心象風景的なサウンドトラックを発表Kip hanrahan' Deep Rumba'などで活躍中の Xiomara Lougart India voc Saee S,Haldule Spanish kante 大淵博光 など多彩なゲストをさまざまなジャンルから起用彼等が得意とする映像的ストーリーを実現。他のDJにはなかなか表現出来ない楽曲性のクオリテイーの高さ音楽性幅広さの世界を切り開き高い評価を得る

その後 精力的かつ実験的にライブを行い 新たな音楽性の追求に余念がない彼ら　
03年はRevirthから新ユニット [Rasa]名義での1stアルバム'Unknight Nationsをリリース。このユニットはモノクロの古き良き昔の映像を思わせる音楽映像を表現するが為に結成。新しい音楽ソフトの導入により、エレクトロニカのサウンドとモードジャズを融合した新たな音楽性を表現している。

そして、さらに、2003年自らのレーベルプロダクション　ode music production を立ち上げた。数々の映画,CM音楽を手掛けているchiharu kurokiをゲストに迎えbayaka Feat.chiharu kuroki[ i dedicate to....]による壮大なるストリングを数々いかした叙情的映画音楽を発表。その後（元UFO)Toshio Matsuura/ ChariChariによるRemix アナログ発表ROVO等新星ジャズ界ではそのプレーは絶大なる人気を持っているYoshigaki　Yasuhiro起用のアナログ発表。

そしてレーベル初のode 所属クリエーターによるコンピアルバム「Imaginary Inguiry」を発表する。この中の楽曲[O MAR EM PAZ]がJ-WAVE radio sakamoto での番組企画での坂本龍一氏コンパイルによるワーナーミュージックからのコンピに収録が2004年2月に発売され注目を浴びている。また、その曲の今絶大なる人気をえてるFREETEMPO Remix, Calmの主催するレーベルよりアルバムを発表したばかりの期待の新人slow did remixアナログをも発表！

Bayaka has started in 1995 when they met at club YELLOW in Tokyo.
In 1997 they released SUNSET/FREEDOM(FlowerRecords),charted in NY Loft(The Music Pool), also licensed Defender Music in UK,they were watched with keen interested in the club scene around the world. They released 12inch vinyl one after another , gave track for some compilations like Lustrum Ubiquity. 1st album "Illadiation"(FlowerRecords) release in 2001, multinational artist took apart in. Jephte Guillaume from Haiti, Nyama Kante from west Africa, Reinald �Pineda from Chile and so on. It was very original and not a few people recommend as the best album of that year.

Their 2nd album "InnerFilm"(FileRecords) released in 2002, they pursued abundant expression and made imagined-scenery tracks. Xiomara Lougart who work wih Kip hanrahan "Deep Rumba", India voc, Saee �S,Haldule,Spanish kante and Hiromitsu Oobuchi were featured various artist from arious genre.
They realized imaging story which they are strong in. No other DJ can express this high music quality, they opened the world of Musical breadth.

After that, they done some live show aggressively and experimentally, In 2003 they released 1st album UNKNIGHT NATIONS as new unit named RASA from Revirth. This unit formed to express a monochrome image through music. New music soft was introduced, they produced new music which assimilate electronica sound to mode-jazz. Wen we describe with words,"beauty of anther wander in the dark".

Still more they established own label ode music production. They released;lyrical soundtrack with strings Bayaka Feat chiharu kuroki "i dedicate to..." invited guest Chiharu Kuroki who is movie CM producer. ; remix vinyl produce by Toshio Matsuura(ex UFO) and ChariChari. ;vinyl

They released ode artists compilation "Imaginary Inguiry". O MAR EM PAZ from that included radio program of RADIO SAKAMOTO compilation which Ryuichi Sakamoto compiled from Warner Music released on February 2004. Also this track remixed by free TEMPO who is very popular artist and released remix vinyl produced by New artist SLOW DIDI who released remixed 12inch from Calm label.

Bayaka did remix work not only major artist in Japan but overseas artists. in 2003 they produced Christmas limited CM and BGM in the store of MARUI department. They collaborated with 36 people of NEW JAPAN PHILHARMONIC.
